Just a simple layout to remember Disney's Festival of the Masters art thing - held at Downtown Disney, at Walt Disney World. (I wanted a "companion" page to go with my "Chalk Art" layout, which is part of the festival.) Picture on top left is cut from the flyer for the event. The Parker Parker postcard lifts to reveal hidden journaling:

"The annual festival held at Downtown Disney - The Festival of the Masters - often falls right around our Disney trips, so we've been to the festival a few times. It's interesting, but I must admit that Rocky and I just don't know much about "fine art", so a lot of it is lost on us, I'm afraid. The chalk art is amazing, and every now and then I'll see something that catches my eye (totally loved that colorful cat sculpture!), but for the most-part, we just sort of wander aimlessly. However, this year a photographer's work caught our eye - James Parker. He grew up in the Black Hills area, and had some magnificent photos of the scenery there. Rocky started chatting with him about an impressive photo of Devil's Tower. Mr. Parker went into a whole incredible story about a guy who had the brilliant idea to be dropped by parachute on top of Devil's Tower, so that he could repel his way down. Apparently, the aim was a little off, and the guy (not too experienced repelling) was stranded, unable to get down. He had to wait three days until a very famous climber (they named a path after him) could come and rescue him. They then tied a rope to him and basically threw him down. Rocky says the story was complete hogwash, but it was fun to listen to him anyway.
