This is another wedding cake I made for another one of my nieces in July of 2006...The middle tier was red velvet cake (our family favorite)...I also did the silk flowers. I bought a big candle and glass hurricane for her to put in the bottom ring of flowers that was around her fountain. (A piece of her wedding cake that will last a long time.)
