This was my nephew's wedding cake I made for him in 1998...This is my favorite wedding cake so far. Each layer was decorated differently, and I loved the pink ribbons that connected the six 8 inch cakes around the bottom. I also made white chocolate mints, and a 2 tier groom's cake using a scratch red velvet cake recipe that was my grandmother's.
