What a great idea for this. The pull out journaling cards are great and will provide such much info that I've way forgotten about my kids. I shoulda done something like this. LOL Great job!
This is for BJScrapsalot's June Scrap Pack Challenge. Here are the items we got in our pack and how I used them:
2 paper clips - one clipped to photo and one clipped to title Clear index tab - on the side journal pullout labeled "words you can say!" Film negative strip - on right side of photo tucked underneath 2 time card slips - used for journaling pull outs labeled "Accomplishments" and "Favorite Things" Columnar ruled pad sheet - used as title (used many pieces of cardstock stacked for chipboard effect and then cut with stencils to make letters and then covered with ruled paper) and for rest of title Aluminum chain - on title page Red satin ribbon - 2 pieces tied to left clip Striped ribbon - tied to right clip 3 star sequins - one used on "i" in title and other 2 on top tabs 1 star stud - in middle of "c" 4 square mini brads - in bottom left corner
The Accomplishment tab lists his many milestones for the past 6 months like teeth, checkups, learning different things, first time he climbed on the couch, size clothing, etc. The "favorite things" tab lists everything he loves right now like fave cartoon, fave toy, etc. And the bottom tab lists all the words he can say as of right now. **TFL**
