This is my oldest son and me at the beach. He is 3 in this picture (youngest child is in my belly- 1 month from being born!).


I used acrylic paint and a crackle medium on the leather strip and leather frame.


Journaling: I love it when I am sitting there and you come up to me, out of the blue, and hug me or plant a big kiss on my cheek. All the hugs and kisses I receive from you are special, but the unexpected, unsolicited ones are the best. They tell me that you are so full of love that you have to take a moment from what you are doing to share it.


Now, you know how I feel when I do the same to you!
