i always think i have two homes. My first home is where i live with my kids and spouse, the other place was the one i grew up in, which is in the Philippines. It's been ages since i've been home. And thinking of that place always brings tears to my eyes and also a smile to my lips. Tears because I miss all my love ones, whom until now, i still think of.
And when i think back how i tried to reach the top of the tree with my cousins and how we escaped our parents so that we could go to the river, will make corners of my lips turn up...I now smile fondly when i remember how i fought with my cousins and friends and how silly the cause for it.
i consider both of my home special. A place where memories are created. Memories that i will treasure and share.
