Here's Maui's "resume". I wanted to document some things about her while she was still a puppy.
It reads in the journaling circle:

Description: Maui is a gentle, well-behaved dog that is used to being indoors and is accustomed to lots of love. She is a five-month old female Miniature Schnauzer who enjoys sleeping on the bed and playing with her Kangaroo stuffed animal. After a couple of accidents, she is now house broken. We have had Maui for over a month now, and she is a cherished member of our family.
Health/Grooming: We brush her almost every day to rid her of the dreaded undercoat, and she gets bathed every two weeks. Maui brushes her teeth to practice good hygiene and gets her nails clipped once every three weeks. She is also up to date on all vaccinations, and receives regular health exams at her local vet.
