I found the poem "A Boy Needs a Grandpa" by Eleanor B. Fallis under resources here on sb.c and it so describes my husband that I had to do a layout using it and this is what I came up with! My husband used to be so afraid of holding our newborn gks that he'd put them on a pillow to hold. This is him with our now 7 year old dgs goofing around. The journaling on the spiral page hidden behind poem reads, " On Feburary 14, 1991, God blessed your mom and I with the most wonderful man in the world. That's the day papa & I got married and your mommy got the best daddy a little girl could ask for. And, since I made that decision all those years ago, you got the incredible role model & male father figure of Mike H. Lee. You've owned his heart since before you were born & he'll always be there for you."

I entered this in the July bling contest. I actually used almost an entire package of red rhinestones on this - they're spread through out the white felt border; in the upper right hand corner of the lo; and along the border of each title letter. There are also gold shiney eyelets holding the picture, little gold eyelets on each of the leather tags and a gold heart in the middle of the white border. Sorry for the bad picture - I just can't seem to get a good shot showcasing them. TFL
