I was trying to figure out how to 'alter' a photo using Paint Shop Pro; and when I did ... WOW! I loved how the picture turned out. So I enlarged it and printed it out for this layout.
I then took a variety of different pattern papers and cut some of the patterns out and put them on the black cardstock background. Then I took a white gel pen and added hundreds of little ‘dots’ to contribute to the ‘Razzle-Dazzle’ theme.
On the left of the picture is a tag with a chipboard edge. When you pull it out it shows what the original picture looks like, and on the back it has the following journaling:
“Sarah and her “Beaded Hat”. I just love this beaded hat, and to think it cost me only a quarter at a garage sale! What a deal! And Sarah looks so adorable in it too! I also had fun ‘altering’ the picture of her wearing the hat. I love how it turned out. This picture was taken December 19, 2005. Sarah is 4˝ years old here.”
