Thanks for the kind comments :) The background paper is BG. The title is BG stickers except for the stickers on the tag which are MAMBI. The paper for the mat is DCWV.

I like the little stamped tag and that bg paper is especially nice? Is it Basic Grey? I always love hidden journaling too - it invites someone to spend more time on a layout.
