This is absolutely adorable! Too funny - my son was similar in that he didn't learn to use his legs until later, but rather rolled around to get where he wanted to go.
I have been searching for the perfect pp to go with these photos and finally found it… I wrapped wire around the title to give a barbed wire effect/look.

JOURNALING: What is an army crawl anyway? It’s the type of crawl where you pull your whole body by your arms without using your knees for support. People in the military might crawl like this to stay low or to get through tight spaces. When you have a baby, you get lots of advice. Friends told me that the best phase (for mom) of babyhood is when baby can sit up, but can’t crawl. You never went through that phase. You loved to spend time on your tummy. In fact, I could not get you to sleep in any other position but your tummy, in spite of the “back to sleep” campaign. During the day, you also loved to be on your tummy and I think this helped your development along. At a very young 4 months old, you began to scoot a few inches. By five months you scooted a bit farther. There was no stopping you. By six months your scoot developed into a full-on army crawl. You started the crawl by straightening your arms, raising your chest and head. Then you would push a little moving your head forward. Then you got your head, chest and arms down low and pushed again. I tried to capture the sequence of the crawl in photos, but it’s something you need to see to understand (it’s a good thing it’s captured on video) Everyone (strangers and family alike) that witnessed this peculiar crawl was in awe. You became so proficient, and very fast, with this method of crawling that you actually didn’t figure out how to use your knees until you were 10 months old. I never got to enjoy a sitting up, yet immobile baby. You were always on the go from the get go! So, while you are on the go, be all that you can be!
