Omg this is SO much easier than it looks!!! Free pattern if you sign up (free account) at bead and button dot com (not affiliated yadda yadda). I think the designer called it a "tattoo necklace" because it looks like those little plastic tattoo chokers you can find sometimes. Used size 8 seed beads and some plastic feeling thread from the dawn of time, and a size 10 beading needle.
I see a thousand uses for this though - I fully intend to make a set of dangling earrings, but I think it would also make a KILLER custom beaded edging on frames, clothing, scrap pages, anything. And it's pretty fast once you get a rhythm going!!
