This is my oldest daughter at my MIL's house. She usually has some pretty fantastic gardens in the summer. And the girls loved to help her plant all her flowers. Makes me sad that this year she just hasn't been able to get into any kind of planting this summer. Understandably tho, My FIL passed away from cancer back in November(8 months ago) Maybe next spring the girls will get to help plant again and her gardens will be beautiful again. This picture was taken two springs ago. The little bird house is actually a little fabric appliqué, not papers. It's one of those iron on kind. My mom gave me a whole bag of those little things. All sorts of shapes and sized. I just love them. Brings out dimensions.
