I like the way you used green on one side, and blue on the other. The matting on the opposite sides draw them together. Leave it the way it is. Thanks for sharing!! Julia :-)
Great pics! I love that on page 1 the pic is actually tucked behind the torn PP, which gives the illusion that the pic is torn. Wonderful! I agree with Jeanne that individually, the pages are great but together, they don't quite seem to go. Some more matching with the paper. Page 2 almost seems too blank with the light blue / white paper - perhaps even just replace it with the green and then put another piece of PP along the top of page 2 - take the light blue/white out completely? I don't think it's necessary and I love all the vibrant color on page 1. You did great with the paper tearing & inking.
I think you did and amazing job with these lo's. I love the action shots and the torn and distressed look is great. I do see the pp repeated on both pages which does tie the two together but I do agree with Jeanne, if you put a little more green on the second page, you probably wouldn't even need to repeat the white on the other. I think a little green would be enough to make the "go" together more. I just love this Sherrise. You do some incredible work. Can't wait to see what you do next. :)
the tearing is great.... the layouts individually are great. I wonder if they look to different to be together? does that make sense? You have no white on the right side and no green on the left. what if you were to mix a strip? put some white on the left and green on the white so they actually go together and don'tlook like stand alone layouts?
Wow what great pix you shot! I love the way you have torn the pp. Great job!
