For the July 2008 "Learn a New Technique Challenge.
Step 3 – when the adhesive size has dried, (turned clear, will take about 30 to 60 min depending on how thick you applied) you can begin adding the gold leaf. I did not use a brush to apply this time. I carefully picked up the sheets and applied to the candle stick using my fingers to press the leaf against the tacky wood. Cover your whole object.
