This is a layout of the two altered photos I uploaded. I've been giggling about the lightning bit all day. My pictures say things! I can't help it!
One thing I learned about the effects is to go ahead and do the layout with the pix on, then do the effects. Resizing the photo steals the effects. It didn't hurt too much this time. I went with the rainbow theme because of the effects. Then, the hard part was to do 2X2 of everything for Fablady's 2X2 challenge. I didn't put as many in this one. Just wasn't enough room without sticking something on the picture. Much more on the background would have been tacky with the theme of the rainbow. Hunting down the elements were hard too. I had fun with this one, even though it took me some time. I received a really good link so I can work more with that program, hope to do more!
