Card Frame Kits by TaDa Creative Studios are plain die cut cardstock trifold bases that come with assorted frames that can be layered over the photo window. Intended for yearly photos of the kids that are sent to loved ones. The card turns into a free standing personalized photo frame after it is received.
I covered my frame with paper, printed the title on a transparency and then sandwiched the transparency and between the frame and card.
