This was made for a themed bookmark swap, "black/white/red" group.
My whole concept when going into this project was "wild". I tried to make everything have that look...hopefully I succeded. The zebra pp was glued to the bookmark blank. The edges were inked with both red and black. The letters were printed on white cardstock, edged in red ink, and highlighted with white paint lines (again, hoping to look wild). I needed more red in order to meet the group criteria, so I added the ribbon, highlighting it with black ink at the edges. The top fringes were made with red embroidery floss, the tips edged with white paint, and then inked in black (again with the wild look).
