Journaling reads,"Many times I get embroiled in things at home and resist invitations to go out somewhere on the boat or camping. All I can think of is all the preparation and packing - it’s just so much easier to stay at home. However, once I get there I’m so glad I made the effort. All my minor irritations disappear and are replaced by a sense of well-being. The kids explore, Dan fishes and I savor the stillness and beauty of nature around us.
