Journaling reads: Today you got your last set of baby shots. When the day started you were my little boy, my tall and slender 15-month old. It wasnt until we got home, that it really hit me; you were no longer my little baby, but now my little guy. Something came over me, as I watch you, lying on the couch, recovering from the whole ordeal. With all your shots, you cried only momentarily, more as if you were hurt because we snuck up on you. You gave out a short whimper, then a tear or two would fall, and soon after the nurses finished, you were smiling and happy again. How I wish all pain in your life would be so brief and uncomplicated. But, as I look at you now, I know it will not be, and I know I will share many pains and heartaches as I watch you grow. I watch you in wonderment. In such a short time you have grown from such a tiny helpless baby, to the little guy who insists on having a fork to eat his meals with. I love you so much. This is a love I never thought possible. A love I wish someday you will experience yourself, as it truly brings out the best in a person. Always know you were first in my heart from the day you were born. 8.30.2005

Not sure what happened with "guy" stamped it using MM Paints, like I have before, and this time, there was some kinda funky reaction with the photo... came out kinda neat though... :)
