This picture was taken with an inexpensive HP Photosmart Camera. I then uploaded the photo of Buddy Bean into Microsoft Picture It. I softened the edges of the photo to give it some depth. I then used a cut out shape of a dog biscuit and used a freehand painting tool to cover the blue cut out with a touch of brown. That is how I got the effect on the graphic. I then used the text tool to write in Buddy's name. It is another series of a simular design concept used for portraits of my pets.
