I am finally scrapping my Disney World pictures! This one will appear on the very last page of our album. Thanks ahead of time for the comments. I really appreciate it! :)
The journaling says:
Of all our Disney World pictures, this one is my favorite: you passed out on my chest as we rode the bus back to our hotel after our day at Epcot. My own Sleeping Beauty. So tired, yet so sweet.
Most of all, this photo says to me TWO dreams came true for us that day: your dream to visit and explore the world's biggest playground on the planet with all favorite characters; and our dream as parents to give you that opportunity. Neither Daddy nor I ever had the chance to visit Disney World when we were growing up because our families couldn't afford the trip. Naturally, as your parents, we want to give you the opportunities we never had for ourselves, so it really felt like such an accomplishment when we were able to take you to Disney World. There was so much satisfaction and pride in our hearts as we witnessed your excitement and fascination during the trip. It was through your energy and joy that we were able to experience the magic again of being a child and believing in such a wonderland where everyone is happy and everything is fun. Your dream, Claire, was to go there. Our dream was to take you. We were so exhausted that night, but it was the kind that follows the realization that dreams - all our dreams - came true that day.
And that's why this picture is my most favorite out of all the pictures we took during our visit to Disney World. My little Sleeping Beauty, so exhausted, so happy and so loved. May all your dreams be sweet, and may all your dreams come true.
