I used a dark purple cardstock over a white sheet of Card Stock and off set it some. I then used a gold color and a light lavendar color cardstock to make frames for my post cards. Underneith the Wyoming frame I used a texurted piece of card stock with a oriental pattern of purple and white flowers to offset the colors and add texture. I then took multicolored yarn of the approperiate color and did a baseball stitch around the outside border of my page. I also used the same yarn to do a basic stich around the post cards to add depth to my framed borders. I stiched on the fake blooms to my page and then glued in a very small accent piece in the middle of each one. I cut out a brown trunk for my tree out of cardstock and used a brown marker to draw in bark. I then glued my leaves to the top. My block lettering is Chipboard glued into place with a glue stick and my white lettering in the middle is clear white stick ons.
