SHCG: Wow! Way to rock all those challenges at once! I get the feeling it's a lot like how you conduct all your roles irl! I am most impressed with how you combined both a sketch and a scrapjack challenge. The kids are adorable, and so is that inchie! The teeny doodled stars are such a cute touch. I like the muddied up stamping job, and your choice of colors and pps for layering. The only idea I have to offer is to tear either that handwriting pp or the green strip.
SHCG: DANG GIRL! Seven challenges!?!!! That has to be a new record, at least a SHCG record. (Bowing and chanting "I'm not worthy")
First off, your color choices are earthy and wonderful for a Halloween fall layout. The children are just absolutely adorable (but we all ready knew that), the use of quotes & inches are perfect. Welcome back to scrapping girlfriend! I love seeing your work!
SHCG: Wow, what a way to come back and 7 challenges in 1 LO ~ amazing! Your kiddos are sooooo adorable, my little guy would just love Daniel's costume since he's so into Rocky now. I love the writing on the photos and the title fits in so cute. I really like your little inchie, too adorable. Great job :)
SHCG - SEVEN challenges?!?! Astonishing, Tiff, you have brought multi-challenge responses to new heights! This is so great - the Jerry McGuire quote, the Dove quote almost-inchie, the writing on the photo, the sketch use, the (sniffle, sniff) lift of me (I am honored & flattered!), & the level 1 stars! 1st off, your babies are alarmingly adorable! Jakie is such the dapper lookin young man now, Cristina the pretty young woman, Daniel's so cute & his shirt's a hoot & lil Gabriela is just too friggin precious as a Barbie cheerleader. I really like your use of "earthier" hues of Halloween colors. The angle-cut title blocks, stamping, doodling & inking indeed, as Chris says below, give a cool "messy" look that really works well here. That almost-inchie is to-die-for adorable! Cool use of elements from the sketch. The off-white pp really helps the pics stand out more, coordinates w/ the white writing & the neato handwriting pattern lends itself to the whole overall smudgy-cool thing goin on here. Awesome scrappin', Tiff! I am sooo glad you're free to scrap again, for your sake & ours! :o)
SHCG: WOW! You got a lot of challenges done on this one! Great job on that! I really like how you stamped out the title. The messiness of it totally fits a Halloween LO. That inchie is adorable. Great paper combination, and I'm currently really liking how people are adding names/journaling on photos -- it's SOO much easier for identification. :)
My first layout in a long time! This layout addresses a bunch of Bi-Weekly Challenges! BWC #8: Movie Quotes. "show us the candy" is an interpretation of "Show me the money" from Jerry MacGuire. BWC #9: Inchies My little inchie (actually slightly bigger than an inch) is at the bottom right corner. BWC #10: Yum Yum - on the inchie I wrote the quote "ain't life sweet" that I got from the Dove candy website BWC #11: Write on your photos. I wrote the kids costume personas and names on each photo. BWC #12: Sketch challenge- I modified the mounts under the photo to put under my photo strip. BWC #13: Lift away- I lifted Sharon's (blushpea) fabulous layout "Who says you can't go home?" that you can find here: http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/41507/view/1425637/-1/20/1.html BWC #14: Stars & Stripes For-evah - I included stars here and there to meet Level 1 of the challenge
