Ah, the secret! I went to a fabric quilting page and copied a few patterns that I thought would work. I printed them off and picked this pattern. Honest to goodness!
What a neat neat idea! It reminds me of a kaleidescope.... And you can't notice the purple ink till you mention it and look rEAL hard! I especially love the last photo of him zooming by!
This is my one and only grandson, Zachary. He loves boarding and reading. I used all BG Sweet Pea Jack supplies. The best lesson learned on this one is to only work with adequate lighting. It was late last night and I thought I was working with brown ink. Well, in the dim light; I picked up purple. Live and learn. A friend wanted to know how I cut this pattern. The truth is that I went to a fabric quilting website and copied some interesting patterns and printed them off. Whaa Laa! The bottom 'motion' picture was simply edited in Adobe Photo Deluxe.
