Our wedding vows. I called Junior on a Saturday and asked him "What are you doing next Saturday?" "Nothing" "Do you want to get married?" "Yes". Not surprising since he had been proposing since our first date a year and half earlier. Mom and I started planning on Monday and we were married on Saturday. Mom baked and decorated the cake, decorated the reception area, created the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières, made my veil, dyed the dresses the girls wore and the shirts the guys wore because we couldn't find the right color of pink, decorated the church, and paid for the entire wedding and reception. She was upset that she ended up having to buy mints for the reception; she had always intended on making them. I thought she was pretty amazing for all she accomplished. She also walked me down the aisle. Thank you mom.
