I wanted to do a layout about the special relationship that my husband and Brian have, as well as one of their favorite pastimes- throwing rocks in the river!

I did some work with Photoshop here--- I altered the photos and also did the “splash” on the top-right photo before I printed it.

Using text boxes, I did the monogram “T” box with “Time Together” bordering it.

Journaling:
The things you two find to do together sometimes amaze me. Other times, I’m not the least-bit surprised. Sometimes you will both be entertained for such a long time with legos, the balls, or the train, or even sharing the small inside jokes that you have. However, this activity didn’t shock me at all. One of your favorite activities this summer has been to throw rocks into the shallow river at Merlin Olsen Park. Your daddy helps to find the biggest rocks while you take care of the hard job of throwing them into the water and waiting for the big splash, followed by a huge grin. You have such a strong relationship with each other and seem to share the same (and sometimes weird) sense of humor. Brian, you’re so lucky to have a dad that is willing to spend so much time with you. I look forward to seeing your relationship grow and see you both experience the wonderful things you do together in the future. -2005
