Yes you are looking at this correctly. I really did create a Teddy Bear Picnic last August. I even downloaded the song onto a cd and had it playing and created teddy bear ears (onto headbands). I gathered all the bears I had in the house to attend the picnic. It would have been outside if it wasn't for the fact that it rained! Feel free to leave any comments. God bless. This is for the August Dollar Days Challenge. The paper came from big lots as did the teddy bear 3-d embellishment and the smiles sticker and the clear photo corners. The border sticker came from deals. The vellum came from $1 shop.
