Paper Ruffle Challenge and That Smile...That Cute Face Challenge

Background paper is Doublemates - Dark Belgium Blue. The large ruffle is Making Memories - Meg Paisley. The dotted paper is from Nana's Kids. The solid light blue ruffle around the mat is The Paper Company - Pastel Blue. The solid blue ruffle down the side is Doublemates - Light Belgium Blue and the white ruffle is actually glittered paper by Die Cuts with a View. The flowers are periwinkle with Making Memories large pastel brads in the center. The flourishes are drawn on and stitched with white embroidery floss. The edges of the large ruffles are cut with Provo deco scissors. Corners were rounded with a punch.
