I created this chipboard card with 2 pieces of the Party Hat-Boy Chipboard from Magistical Memories! Painted them white and covered with some Sassafras Lass paper. Also added the Ric Rac Chipboard Border from Magistical Memories covered in more paper (yellow). To tie the chipboard together, I punched 2 little holes at the top of the card, tied with ribbon in a bow in the back of the card. Then I covered it up with a button on the front. Letters and "happy" rub ons are American Crafts, button is Doodlebug, twine is Sulyn Industries, pink polkadot paper on the top is Prima.
