Here is angle view of the tray I made for the July Rusty Pickle Challenge. See the before pics above. I had purchased this wonderful wooden serving tray at a yard sale last Saturday around 3pm...talk about a late buyer. I paid three dollars.. a great buy. The tray measures 16x22 1/4 . I had found the Rusty Pickle website like last Friday and I thought how perfect to alter the tray. I had just purchased the entire collection of Bottle Rockets and in my search is how I found the Rusty Pickle Website..Lucky Me. I have now been spreading the news to other paper artist.
I used the Fun Bottle rocket stickers ST82, Cardstock Coupons CC15 for the Quote and Journal spot. Alpha stickers ST83. The tab came from cardstock coupon CT18, PP- RP 803 Sparklers, RP Spinners RP 806, RP805 Live Wire , RP 806 Spinners, RP 804 Roman Candles, RP 802 Confetti Cannon. The trim and ribbon are PT30. The buttons are various RP. Flowers are Prima, the brads are MM. I used several paints Apple Barrel True Navy and Antique White. Folk Art Gel stain Oak-great for antiquing. The crackle Medium is Folk Art. The pics are printed in sepia. The quote reads You may be a redneck if...your lifetime goal is to own a fireworks stand. TOO FUNNY!!! My 19yo daughter this year worked the stand this year in Ahoskie NC and my whole family could not get enough of the place!!! Gotta love it! I used the pic of Alexis in the top corner under the quote.
