The August Ugly paper challenge- I used one ugly pp for background, then cut 2 more sheets into 1'' strips and glued those down vertically. Centered a black frame around my sister and nieces photo. Added a 'favorites' tab from Joann's Craft Store.
I made the tags from paint chip samples, added buttons, brad and a sticker.
