The little boy feeding the chickens and geese in the bottom photo is my husband, Jan, and the other two photos are of him with family members - in the top left his sister, Rie, is holding 2 eggs she's just collected. I know this lo is very similar to another "Farm" layout I've made but have only recently received these 3 photos - otherwise would have made a double-page spread. But I enjoyed doing this and sensing a little of life on a Dutch farm in the 1930's (and seeing Jan's shoes! ...... and the clogs to the left of the ladder!). Jan still has happy memories of this holiday.
