I actually got this layout from another poster (http://www.scrapbook.com/myplace/index.php?mod=galleries&u=298333&m=view&id=1634009&page=1&f=1)
This is pretty sraight forward...the border I made with the cutterpede wavy cutter and then used the cropadile to punch out holes under the peaks.
