Oh, how I love this idea!! Great design. Terrific way to include all those photos and I really love that you included her own handwritten name. Just wondeful!
SHCG: Great page. Reminds me of INCHIES. LUV the photos, captions and a few school references. Fabulous idea to include the report card and certificate. And just great that she wrote her name.
SHCG: This is awesome!!! Love how you included all the pics, the certificate and report card! The papers are so cool and I love how you matted the pics with the torn notebook! great job :)
SHCG - Wow, Tiff, I adore soo many aspects of this wonderful page! Awesome colors/pp. I love the multiple photos & overall design of capturing all these happenings on 1 page - very very cool! As Brenda pointed out, groovy how the title was outlined in white/black. All the added elements are terrific - the apple rubon, the various fonts, love it all! Especially love Cristina's handwritten. Amazing work, Tiffany!
SHCG: Tiff, I love this!!! What an excellent way to capture a whole year in a one pager! I also really enjoy seeing how you wrote the "event" next to the pictures so that people years from now would have an idea of what the photos entail.
SHCG: This IS AWESOME! I need to fav this. The combination of paper with the rubons is totally fabulous. Everything just looks so natural together there. My favorite part: her handwritten name on this!
shcg: the lo on this is wonderful. i love the pics and how there are so many and each can be seen and appreciated i love the title, journaling on the pics. but, i think the background is a bit drab. ok.... hubby made me take this into photoshop and brighten it a little, as it probably is irl. and said see how the background sets off the beautiful bright pics. of corse he was right. beautiful work
SHCG: Besides yet another great idea that adds major mom points to your world record, I looove your grown-up, toned down, warmer version of primary school colors. She's going to love this page when she's older, and not wince at the cheesy bright colors and die cuts that usually come in school kits. I like how KINDER is outlined in white and then black; I'll have to remember that. I love the apple rub-on (?), and the stenciled (?) subtitles. Her signature at the bottom is a wonderful addition and perfectly placed. Torn notebook and bg pp are great, as are the striped mats of three of the photos, and the mini versions of certain records and documents. Her spring portrait is adorable! No suggestions, other than I wish I knew what products you used.
Here is the culmination of Cristina's Kindergarten year. The pictures represent (from the top left): Fall Pictures Native American Day Congressional Recognition Student of the Month Class picture Snow Day Christmas Pageant Native American Day (buffalo hunting) Farm Day Report Card Mrs. DiVerde (her K teacher and my BFF) Halloween First Day of School Spring Pictures Farm Day (on the horse) Yearbook Page
At the bottom of the page, I had her write her name and I traced it in pen.
