SHCG: The subtle changes you made here really give it a warmer feel. I love your paper ruffle. That is a creative way to use it to frame your photo in a circle. My only suggestion would be to ink the paper edges to help them jump out a bit more. Love the photo!
SHCG: Great job Marsha with the paper ruffle. So cool that you used both digital and reg sb. Love how you changed the fonts, they go perfectly witht he paper and I like the title on the bottom of the page also! great job :)
SHCG: You did it! You used paper from your neglected stash! See, it wasn't that bad, was it. You know you secretly like it. I like how the digi and the paper elements come together in this hybrid piece. I love the flower and the font changes, as well as the added sentiment at the bottom. I'd still like to see their names and date in a smaller font, and placed differently so that they do not compete with the title. Maybe as leaves on a stem? I'd also like to to see the edges of the flower inked in a darker hue. Finally I'd change the pink mat behind the stamp to a green one, just to add more color variety. I like how your response to the ruffle challenge came in a circular shape.
Marsha, just saw that you re-did this one! The small changes really make this even more splendid, adding to the existing prettiness & sunny, upbeat color scheme. I love how now the different groups of text can be read easier now & are more defined from each other. Super!
this lo is for the k and company paper challenge, and the paper ruffle challenge. the bg pp is brenda walton, by k and company, as is the paper ruffle and mat for stamp, wich is also k&company. font is penshurst. this lo was redone due to wonderful critiques from scrap happens critique group. i had fun with my deco scissors on this one too. it is of course a hybrid. the fonts, mat for auntie and me, and the border are digi.
