August Scrap Pack Challenge
Okay, so here's how I used the pack...(not so easy!)
Skittles (24) - centers of quilled cardstock flourishes and in holes on checklist
Arrow - transformed into the house (cardstock - brown mulberry, green/white stripe paper/dark blue door/yellow for light in windows and doors/light blue for shutters)(additional additions - black pen, dark blue/pink/light blue/white acrylic paint)
Re-Enforcements - along side of checklist (added blue and pink acrylic paint around them)
Split Rings - two on top left photo and two on checklist holding yellow quilling cardstock strip.
Cardstock quotes - center picture, painted green highlighted with pink/white and blue acylic and black pen.
Beaded Fringe - cut apart...the large ends are the butterfly bodies, there are some in the centers of the flowers on the bottom doilie section and the trim on the bootie. The ribbon and thread from the fringe was used to make a looped ribbon behind the booties.
Fishing Line - butterfly antennas, used to sew trim on booties
Mulberry Square - used to make outer layer of the flowers (center is either light blue/sky blue/orange cardstock strips)
Fringed Material - cut apart to make the booties (fuzzy part the bulk of the bootie, the twill sewn along the top) and the tips of the butterfly antenna.
Doilie - cut apart and placed in the right corners (top and bottom)
Shrinky Dink - Top right stem and leaves (painted green) and the heart on the house (painted pink)...not so much luck with the oven :(
Other items: stenciled baby items/words on white cardstock, butterfly wings hand drawn and cut on white cardstock, corner photo punch, plaid cardstock, striped cardstock, cardstock quilling strips, corrugated cardstock, blue cardstock (light, medium and dark), brown mulberry, cloud cardstock, green/white cardstock, white/blue/pink/yellow/green/ acrylic paint, stencil paint, black pen, deco scissors.
That's all folks...that's plenty! LOL TFL
