Yea, I hate that stuff. My Shih Tzu Winston was a baby when he was added to our family. He loved chewing up the remnants of the old carpet in our apt. That was what was underneath..*sigh*

Oh I once had a house with that same greeny carpet and it to was GONE and what a mess! Good for you to tackling with big job.

Yep, nasty work! Haven't done carpet, but have helped with tile squares. Yuck! You would be surprise at what gets in those cracks!

At about 9pm, my MIL and SIL showed up to help. Things really started to move then. I had just barely started priming the wall when they showed up. We decided to stop priming and remove the carpet. This top layer wasn't too bad. That green stuff was disgusting. It's foam backing had disintegrated and it was very dusty.

No products have been added to this project.
