Thank you card for a great neighbor who's always doing for us. Flowers were heat embossed (used a foam stamp I got at M's clearance bin for 50 cents!) and colored with aqua painter and ink. The scallop border at bottom was done with a corner rounder with guard removed. I forget the lady's name but I saw it on one of her tutorials on YouTube and loved it. (I wish I could remember who that was, I'd like to visit her tutorials again! But dummy me forgot to bookmark it!) TFL
