Clear/Transparent/See Thru

I may have taken the "clear" thing a bit far, but I LOVE the way this layout turned out.

Background Paper - Nana's Kids
Matting - black Bazzill cardstock under white Die Cuts with a View
Squares - Nana's Kids (neon square paper/multi color dots and purple/white dots), Worldwin vellum (orange and bright pink), green neon paper and purple(ish) paper - The Paper Company
Transparencies - Hambly
Black ink
The lollipops and jelly beans were hand cut from white cardstock, painted then inked and topped with glossy clear accents. The letters were cut with Xyron Personal Cutter, clear loose rhinestons, foam mounting squares, white acrylic paint, pink and green ink, green ribbon, wooden sticks
