A piece of black card stock, a blue paper from ATD vibrant pack Another piece of black was used, but I sprayed it with an aerosol can of spray glitter! I used blue and gray paint to, I guess *distress* the paper, but more like make it more fun. On the blue circle, I did a lot of doodles with a black marker. I painted some leaves from my fake flowers black and gray... flowers are from walmart fake flower dep. The three sticks were the stems!! lol They are tied on with a ribbon. Chipboard birds were from a chipboard pack that had like 2,000 pieces! lol The piece of vellum at top is the poem Little Boy Blue. Hand wrote the bottom Title. The pic has the lettering "yeux bebe bleus" says "baby blue eyes" and there's some ribbon sewing around the two edges... Blue glitter glue around the pic, silver glitter glue in the centers of flowers!
