This is just a card I made just to make one. I found some tissue paper that I really liked and ripped it to be a bit bigger than my page. I then crumpled the tissue paper up really good. I put glue all over the card and especially the edges. I then placed the tissue paper on my card and pressed down, but didn't smooth it out. I punched out a scalloped circle and a plain circle, and stuck them on with a dimensional glue dot. I put a crystal in the center of the flower. Plain and oh so simple, but I think it turned out great! :o)
