The journalling reads: Spiritual Retreat: The retreat was not what I was expecting it to be. I figured it would be a whole lot more relaxing and renewing. The message was supposed to be about taking courage. My initial thoughts were that we were going to hear inspiration on how to have corage in our lifes. The reality of the message was it was mainly a Missions lecture. Those that attended from our church were Jen, Susan, Betty, Pam, Julie, Cheryl and me. The one plus of the day was the time spent on the road talking to each other. The surroundings were quite beautiful.
God always finds a way to get a message across even if it's not the always what you expect it to be.
