I agree, lovely progress! I can now deal with spiders. I used to be terrified. I've even managed to put them in my hand (shaking it lightly of course because I'm still scared it might bite me!) and place them outside. But don't let me see a tarantula without glass between us! Those are a little too big for me!
That is great progress, three cheers for you. I don't mind most spiders but the big ones with a few hairs here in that but mostly bald give me the willies and I find myself shaking.
Fear now, used to Phobia. I used to be so scarred of spiders. I'll tell you a story about my Phobia. When my son was going to collage, he took some evening classes, I was watching t.v. one evening and my hubby was at work, my son at school. So I was home all alone. I saw a spider, I mean a big spider, about the size of a 50 cent piece. Went scurrying across the front room floor. I didn't see where it went. So I sat in my chair for 2 hours waiting for my son to get home so he could find the spider. I've turned that phobia into fear now. As long as I don't have to touch them with my bare fingers I am alright. I can kill them with something and not be scarred to death they are going to jump on me or run up my leg!! Sorry about the picture being so blurry. This was just a tiny spider and I couldn't get a better picture. Hopefully you can see the image is there. The legs hanging down are my chicken. It's a shelf sitter.
