stamped the Sea Sprite, masked her off, then made "wave" mask with my Cutterpede Wavy blade, sponged that alternating with Nick Bantock Prussian Blue ink & Broken China Distress Ink
then colored with Bic Markits
cut into oval & matted
embossed the Photo corners with Sparkle n Sprinkle Satin Velvet ep & cut those out
