I had originally wanted to use a landscape scene(that is where the paper color choice came into play).But I have yet to do a LO of my neice Justine. I decided to use the butterflies and color choice anyways.I went w/ grey cardstock because it is a neutral color and I am experimenting w/ bg paper that is not black or white.
ALTERED WORK: Copied the pic on lightly textured card stock using yellow tones and added colored pencil work to enhance the hair,lips and eyes.The Daisey D bg paper was washed out compared to the pic. I added more distressing and w/ the colored pencils I was able to go back in and highlight the gray markings.
