Inked edges are easier to see in this photo. Also note the blocks of paper used in the cupcake base. They came from the "Two Scoops" Collection Pack packaging (front piece). I had to patch the pieces in some place so there was enough paper to cover both cupcakes. The pink swirl paper in the collection was just right for icing.

"C" details:
I added an shiny vintage, pearl button to the center of the rhinestone flower. and green paper backing (and light inking) to the chipboard flourish. Enlarged BasicGrey Undressed chipboard letter (hand cut) was covered with light pink solid paper from the collection. See close up photo.

"U" details:
Using a white pen, I drew a series of solid ovals around the letter to look like decorative icing. I gently inked the top of a white doily to make it pink. Enlarged BasicGrey Undressed chipboard letter (hand cut) was covered with light gold solid paper from the collection.

"P" details:
The pink border has been crimped to look like a cupcake paper. I added a vintage earring piece to dangle from the top edge into the inside space and rhinestones on the swirly chipboard piece. Enlarged BasicGrey Undressed chipboard letter (hand cut) was covered with light pink solid paper from the collection. Using my white pen I added stippling (lots of different sized dots) to the letter to look like powdered sugar.
