This is an excellent example of why it's so important to journal right away if you're not gonna scrap an event right away. I got this idea to do fondue for New Year Eve's dinner from here at sb.c but can't remember who gave me this idea. She does fondue for New Year Eve and has done so for years. Who I thought it was, was not who it was. :( So I'll leave this blank until I find out who it was.

Various Veggies from broccoli to carrots
Shrimp
Chicken
beef
with batter and dipping sauces
I had to pots of oil. One for meats and one for veggies. :D
