Pictures of my DD sleeping when she was almost 2 months old. I just love these pictures. She's so peaceful and sweet.
I used a ton of Fancy Pants embellishments. (flowers, hearts, clear photo corners, felt scalloped pieces above and below center photo and clear scalloped border) I also used Fancy Pants paper. (plaid - Crush/First Date) The flourishes are hand drawn and stitched with light green embroidery floss. The ribbon woven on the left side says sweet/precious/angel/miracle. There are two heart eyelets holding on the photo corners. I threaded ribbon through the center of the flowers to create the stems and additional ribbon tied on the stems to form the leaves. Around the journaling I sewed a string of wired beads. Along the sides of the photos I stitched with sage embroidery floss. The journaling sheet and plaid paper I inked with Color Box pink ink. The background paper is ColorMates Racy Raspberry. The bulk of the ribbon was obtained through Amykins RN All Tied Up Ribbon Swap. Thanks again, Amy!
The journaling reads: You were about 2 months in these pictures. I used to watch you sleep in amazement, unable to believe you were mine. My own little sleeping beauty. So peaceful and perfect. That sweet little face, tiny hands, chubby cheeks, pouty lips and adorable button nose. I'd look at your ears and see the same ones I saw when I looked in the mirror. You were so small that your 0-3 months clothing wasn't even remotely filled out. Sometimes I still watch you sleep, nearly four years later. I find myself still in disbelief that you are mine.
