This is it. A bit off kilter and full of emergencies and hospitals. We thought after last year's 6 month battle for our son after brain surgery we would have an easy year this year. Not to be. My DH has surgery (minor), my sister is slipping into dementia, my friend of 25 years died of cancer, my BIL has had more emergencies than I can count this summer and I have been at least seven different hospital to listen to detail and hold a hand. I have truly learned what it means to live ONE day at a time. Thanks to you ladies and my faith all is well.
